From the ankle up, a Lycra 3.0 has been used, designed to have the least possible friction with the air and therefore guarantee smoothness and at the same time comfort, thanks also to the internal insertion of a silicone band that keeps the sock firm and stable throughout the entire outing.

Material

Q-SKIN is a polyamide 6.6 fibre with silver ions directly inserted during the spinning process which allow bacterial proliferation to be regulated with long-lasting effectiveness.

Q-SKIN® fiber takes care of the skin, offering the wearer breathability, freshness, hygiene and comfort.

During normal daily activities or during sports, our bodies produce sweat; Q-SKIN® technology activates when sweat molecules come into contact with the fiber: the silver ions contained within it help reduce excess bacterial flora, the main cause of unpleasant odors.

Q-SKIN® fiber maintains its properties over time, even after numerous washes. Its bacteriostatic efficacy has been tested by the MIS PLUS Institute in Zurich according to the DIN ISO 20743:10-2007 standard, and its wash resistance has been tested by the MIS PLUS Institute in Zurich according to the JIS L 1902/02 standard.

Q-SKIN® has obtained numerous certifications to protect human health and the environment. The OEKO-TEX STD 100 CLASS I label attests to the fiber's safety for human health.
