WHO WE ARE
Bike Academy is a shop specialized in the sale of bicycles, components, accessories and cycling clothing, is official retailer of international brands including Scott, Shimano, Pissei, FFWD and Oakley.
STORE
The shop, founded in 2016 by an idea of Marco Isola, has evolved through the development of the e-commerce sector, the introduction of the Running sector and the implementation of service workshop, becoming Service Center Shimano and establishing itself as a reference point in terms of assistance and competence in the regional territory and Lucca, as well as on the national territory through the webshop.
WORKSHOP
Our workshop certified as Shimano Service Center offers ordinary and extraordinary maintenance services for each type of bicycle and component.
Our mechanics will be available for cleaning, overhaul and replacement services, as well as for customization and regulation of the bike.
The Shimano Service Centers are the point of reference for what concerns the Shimano world and technologies. It is a global network of resellers who combine excellent maintenance with knowledge of the latest technologies to provide the best possible service.
BIKEFITTING E COACHING
From 2020 in collaboration with Dr. Nicola Parenti we offer the possibility to use biomechanical advice for the correct setting of your bicycle (Bikefitting), of individual athletic preparation services (coaching) and athletic assessment tests.

RACING TEAM
The Bike Academy–Marchini Costruzioni Cycling Team is an Elite/U23 team founded in 2022, built by athletes for athletes, with the goal of putting the athlete at the center of every decision and helping them grow to their full potential.
We compete in major international competitions: we participate in the E-MTB and Gravel World Championships, Cyclocross World Cup races, and UCI 1.2 and 2.2 road races, tackling every challenge with professionalism and ambition.
Young, determined, and performance-oriented: our project is constantly growing and aims to unleash the best cycling talents.
NICOLA PARENTI
Born in 1996, he began his competitive career in 2009, dividing his time between road, cyclocross, and mountain biking. He combined his cycling career with studies in Sports Science, graduating in 2018. He is a four-time Tuscan champion in cyclocross and once in XCO. With the advent of gravel, he has also focused on this discipline since 2022, competing in the 2023 and 2024 World Championships.
SIMONE MASSONI
Born in 1999, he began his cycling journey as a junior in XCO and cyclocross. Since 2020, he has increasingly devoted himself to e-bike disciplines, winning the Tuscan championship twice and a national podium in 2021. He has competed in the e-MTB World Championship four times.
FILIPPO CECCHI
Born in 2002, he began cycling in the G1 category at the age of 7, dividing his time in the following seasons between various disciplines: road, cyclocross, track, and mountain biking. A seven-time Tuscan champion in cyclocross and once in XCO, he competed in the 2023 Gravel World Championships in Veneto.
FEDERICO NESI
Born in 2003, a solid and reliable player who has demonstrated consistent performance, maturity, and great professionalism over the past few seasons. His dedication to his work and ability to be ready at key moments make him a key asset to the team's balance and cohesion.
ANDREA CHIARUCCI
Born in 2000, the San Marino athlete brings extensive experience in the category. A fast athlete, he has already demonstrated his ability to win and be competitive at a high level, representing an added value to the team.
ALESSANDRO CALCARELLA
Born in 2005, he embodies energy and a desire to emerge: a young, motivated athlete, ready to challenge himself and grow within a structured and ambitious environment.
LEONARDO SICA
Born in 2006, he showed excellent performances last season. We expect him to continue his growth, knowing he'll be able to carve out a role and take on responsibility within the team.
MATTEO D'ULIZIA
Born in 2006, he stands out for his grit and his combative approach, characteristics that make him a valuable athlete in the most demanding competitions.
MATTEO ORSOLINI
Born in 2007, this athlete comes from the Junior category, with great enthusiasm and a strong desire to challenge himself in the new category, approaching this transition as an important opportunity for sporting and personal growth.
