Campagnolo are delighted to introduce an addition to their range of beautifully crafted mechanical groupsets: it's called the Centaur 11. While observant fans of the Italian brand will surely note that this isn't a new name but rather one that has graced the catalog in the past. The latest version takes a Giant leap forward and represents even more value and performance than any previous version ever made. The cascading effect of high-end groupset technology has certainly benefited the Centaur 11-speed groupset, but it has added yet another element of not only value but also race performance onto a groupset within reach of almost any rider to make Centaur an asset to any frame. An aluminum groupset with performance that far exceeds its weight class, this version of the Centaur aims to compete directly with more affordable offerings from the competition. The Centaur project saw its central objective in offering an accessible groupset without offering entry level performance or features.

The profile of the teeth, completely redesigned in line with the Ultra-Drive project, allows for maximum response speed when shifting.

The synchronization obtained by establishing a precise position of the teeth between pinion and pinion makes the transition from one pinion to another very fluid and fast. And in order not to lose stiffness, the last two sprockets are mounted on an aluminum frame.

Campagnolo Centauro 11 cassette is based on a triplet with aluminum spider and 8 single sprockets with aluminum spacers.
