Description Inspired by Ikon, the Maxxis Rekon 29x2,40 WT Exo 3C MaxxTerra Tubeless Ready tire with flexible rim is suitable for Cross-Country competitions. It can be used on technical terrains that require grip and control. Higher, the knobs are larger and fewer in number than in the Ikon. The 60 tpi flexible carcass is made with the MaxxTerra triple rubber compound: greater traction and grip than the MaxxSpeed and higher performance than the MaxxGrip. This Tubeless Ready version can be mounted with or without an inner tube. The Exo reinforcement on the hips increases protection against abrasion and tears. The carcass has been optimized for the 35mm internal width rim.
