Shimano Xtr Br-M9000 Front Disc Brake The Shimano XTR Race BR-M9000 disc brake offers high performance combined with low weight and is therefore particularly suitable for use in Cross Country racing. The magnesium brake caliper has two insulated ceramic pistons (fiberglass-phenol) which optimize heat dissipation and maintain braking performance in all conditions. This is due to the Ice-Tech system, which was developed after numerous tests on the heat, power and stiffness of the various brake components. Of course, the caliper with One Way Bleeding is very easy to purge. The BL-M9000 2-finger brake lever features I-Spec II technology, meaning it can be mounted together with a shifter and aligned in various ways.
