Shimano RD-R8050 Ultegra 11 speed Di2 GS shifter The Shimano Ultegra R8050 Di2 11x2V rear derailleur is equipped with the Synchronized Shift function. This allows to simplify the control of the sprockets, the synchronized gears allow the cyclist to work only with the right "Full Synchro Shift" lever. With this technology, a simple change of sprockets in the cassette automatically determines the selection of the front chainring, to maintain chain line and cadence. A "Semi Synchro Shift" mode is also available to control only the chainring control: the chain automatically aligns itself in the best possible ratio on the cassette.
