The classic considerations of a road shoe have been redefined with a distinct Fizik identity and clever molded construction. Overcurve is a shoe construction characterized by a staggered collar that wraps around the ankle, tracing the natural misalignment of the two bony protrusions of the ankle: the lateral and medial malleoli. The result is an asymmetrical shape, with the throat of the shoe curving from the outside to the inside of the foot. The closure is fast and secure, powered by a Boa® IP1 micro-adjustable dial and a velcro strap for perfect adjustment of the forefoot area. The R5 nylon composite sole is soft and comfortable even over the long haul but without compromising pedaling efficiency.
